By accessing or using WelgroHive, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
WelgroHive is a marketplace that connects clients with independent grooming and wellness service providers. WelgroHive does not employ service providers and is not responsible for the quality of services rendered.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Bookings & Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Cancellation policies are set by individual providers. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
WelgroHive acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between clients and providers. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Service Location Policy and Safety
WelgroHive provides a platform for arranging mobile wellness and grooming services at designated locations. By using the platform, clients agree that services may only be requested and performed at appropriate, safe, and accessible locations.
Acceptable service locations include, but are not limited to:
- Residential addresses (valid homes or apartments)
- Hotels or similar accommodations
- Offices (public or private)
- Event venues or organized function locations
- Public beaches or recognized resort areas, where permitted and safe
Services must not be requested or performed at locations that may pose safety, legal, or operational risks. Prohibited or restricted locations include, but are not limited to:
- Pubs, bars, or similar alcohol-centric establishments
- Forests, isolated outdoor areas, or remote locations
- Public parks or open areas without proper safety conditions
- Any location deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant with local laws and regulations
Service providers reserve the full right, at their sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or discontinue a booking if the location is considered unsafe, unsuitable, or presents a risk to personal safety, property, or service quality.
WelgroHive shall not be held liable for any issues arising from unsafe or inappropriate service locations selected by clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service location is accurate, accessible, and safe for the provider to perform the service.
7. Provider Right to Refuse Service and On-Site Cancellation
Service providers engaged through the WelgroHive platform reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or discontinue a service upon arrival or at any time if the environment, conditions, or circumstances are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or materially different from what was represented at the time of booking.
Such conditions may include, but are not limited to:
- Unsafe or hazardous environments
- Misrepresentation of the service location
- Presence of illegal activity or violation of local regulations
- Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Lack of proper space or conditions required to perform the service
In the event that a service is refused or cancelled due to the reasons stated above, the booking may be considered a valid cancellation. Refund eligibility, if any, will be assessed in accordance with the WelgroHive Refund Policy.
Clients acknowledge and agree that service providers are not obligated to proceed with any service that may compromise their safety, well-being, or professional standards.
WelgroHive shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from a provider's decision to refuse or cancel a service under such circumstances.
8. Client No-Show Policy
Clients are expected to be present, reachable, and ready at the agreed service location and scheduled time.
A "No-Show" occurs when:
- The client is not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time, or
- The service provider is unable to access the location, or
- The client fails to respond within a reasonable waiting period
Service providers are expected to allow a reasonable grace period (e.g., up to 10–15 minutes) before determining a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:
- The booking may be marked as completed or cancelled at the provider's discretion
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined in accordance with the WelgroHive Refund Policy
- Providers may be entitled to compensation for lost time and travel, subject to platform rules
Clients acknowledge that repeated no-shows may result in restrictions, suspension, or removal of access to the platform.
WelgroHive shall not be held liable for disputes arising from client no-shows, provided the provider has acted in good faith and in accordance with this policy.
