Client Agreement

1. Booking Services

When you book a service through WelgroHive, you enter into an agreement directly with the service provider. WelgroHive facilitates the connection but is not a party to the service itself.

2. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate booking details, including service location, date, time, and any special requirements. Inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are displayed upfront before booking confirmation. Your card is charged at the time the booking is confirmed.

A platform fee is applied to each transaction and is borne by the service provider, not the client. The client pays only the listed service price shown at the time of booking, while the provider receives the payout after the platform fee is deducted.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Refer to each provider's cancellation policy for specifics.

5. Conduct

You agree to treat providers with respect, ensure a safe service environment, and abide by all applicable laws. Abusive behavior may result in account suspension.

6. Liability

WelgroHive is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of services delivered by independent providers. Disputes should first be raised with the provider, then escalated to support if unresolved.

7. Client Responsibility & Platform Disclaimer

By booking a service through WelgroHive, you acknowledge that certain services may involve inherent risks depending on their nature. Clients are responsible for using their own judgment when selecting and engaging with service providers.

WelgroHive operates solely as a digital platform that connects clients with independent service providers for convenience and accessibility. WelgroHive does not provide services directly, does not supervise or control service delivery, and is not responsible or liable for any actions, outcomes, incidents, or disputes that may arise between clients and service providers.

All services are performed independently by third-party providers. Any agreements, communications, payments, or service outcomes are strictly between the client and the service provider.

8. Scope of Services

Clients agree to engage service providers only for the services that are clearly listed and offered on the WelgroHive platform. Any requests, agreements, or arrangements made outside of the platform’s listed services are not endorsed, approved, or authorized by WelgroHive.

WelgroHive is not involved in, nor responsible for, any services, agreements, or interactions that occur outside the defined scope of services listed on the platform between clients and service providers. Any such arrangements are made solely between the client and the service provider at their own discretion and risk.
